How can I get involved?

There are various ways in which you can get involved in Caring Hands.

1. Donate
   Caring Hands distributes hundreds of food parcels in the course of a year, therefore the food cupboard constantly needs restocking with essential items. You could donate items such as: Bread UHT Milk Margarine Tinned and dried Goods Jars Frozen foods Toiletries (no sprays) Flannels Hand Towels Toilet Rolls Washing Tablets Blankets Sleeping Bags Good Quality Clothing Backpacks (good size) You could also organise a collection at your office or school.
   
   
2. Financial Support
   Caring Hands wouldn't be possible with out your generous financial support. Any money received goes towards the daily running of Caring Hands. Supermarket gift vouchers are also welcomed. Cheques payable to 'Caring Hands in the Vale'
   
   
3. Volunteer your time
   The Caring Hands team is made up of many wonderful volunteers. If you have some spare time and would like to help, please contact Diane Bennett.
